Lila Ramos is an experienced accounting professional, achieving an enrolled agent designation in 2016, a degree in business administration with a major in accounting in 2020, and a CPA license in 2023. Lila grew up in a manufactiuring business and has a solid background in operations, a rare combination in the accounting profession. Lila will take her 20 years of upper-level management skill set and apply it to your small business to make your back-end accounting operations as efficient as possible.

Ms. Lila R. Ramos has over 20 years of professional experience in business management.  Early in her career, Lila directed operations for White Mountain Foods, a 30 year old family-owned manufacturing business.  As a senior associate and eventual CEO for The Parking Network, Lila was a nationally recognized consultant in the parking industry and a founding team member of the first remotely-managed parking garage.

In addition, Lila has been involved in numerous business startups from the position of co-founder to business formation consultant.  The business startups include varied industries from engineering services to private airport operations.  These experiences give her an excellent perspective on process improvements and new opportunities to increase a business’s revenue generating potential and overall profitability.
